Conor Deane St.Brides one off the most skillfull defenders in the county can play anywhere in the defence.

John December 14, 2016 at 7:36 pm

Mark Hoey st brides was one of the best full back is intermediate league last year don’t know how he hasn’t been recognised by Louth in the last few years he should be involved without a doubt.

Conal ohanlon is surely worth a shout for sure…always comes off with 1-2 or 3 from play

louthandproud December 14, 2016 at 5:09 pm

I agree Ardee and Intermediate winners the Joes could have a few more on it at this time of year ,worth a look.
Disagree on Finn and Flanagan Joe certainly has the potential and Finn is continuing to stay on the panel after last season.

time will tell I suppose.

Having been to a lot of championship games throughout the summer there was a few stand outs that you’d wonder why there not in and around the mix. Niall eccles and conor keenan st marys, Hugh osborne from the barrs, conal smyth and conal o hanlon joes, Eoghan lafferty pats,
Also a few questionable inclusions. Witnessed david finn give an exhibition on how not to defend more than once throughout the year and joe flanagan is a long way of county standard
