Louth Senior Hurling Final

Sunday 1pm

From the outside logic would only point to a Pearse Óg win.

Reigning Champions after all, Pearse óg face plucky underdogs and predominately football club St Fechins.

However that is not the case.

They meet in August and although the Dundalk side won 2-12 to 1-12 before they went on to top the table it was a close game.
The Fechins will have narrowed the game even further by having an extra game hammering Knockbridge by 13 points in the semi.

So, considering I know very little about the hurling scene I’m going to call what I’d like to see instead.
An historic first senior title for the men from Termonfechin, who could begrudge them that? Pearse Óg of course!!

Best of luck to both sides! 1pm Sunday Dunleer.
