The Champs are here!

Louth Football Championship’s RD2 2014 (2)

My previews here

Could be an epic night in the Clans tonight.
The Champions Blues face the Gaels all the way in Dundalk while a local derby between Glyde and Brides could be tasty.
The Blues will be unhappy with their shooting last time out against the Raths and if they improve on this area slightly the Gaels could be in for an uncomfortable night.
Glyde have a win under their belts and will bring alot of confidence into this game as a result.
However, Do they have anyone to mark Aaron Hoey that is the question, if they limit Hoey they’ll win if not they eh won’t win.

JFC Double header

Louth Football Championship’s 2014 (9)

The Grove again hosts a junior double header.
Once again Dowdallshill are the odd one out geographically. I really enjoyed watching Noel Finnegan for them the last day out against the Plunketts.
They will cause Stabannon problems but the Parnells will keep their hopes alive with a win.

The earlier game between local rivals Finbarrs and Dunleer could be tasty.
Togher were on serious form last week blitzing the Nicks  so they’ll be highly confident maybe too confident coming into this game.
If they do show any sign of Complacency Dunleer have the ability to cause an upset.
Very unlikely though.

Thanks for reading L&P
