The best 8 teams in the county… aJFC QuarterFinal Lineup   fight it out out to make the final 4 here’s my preview’s UPDATED First up, Saturday night  it’s Clogher and Cooley at 5.30pm. The break between the last round has come at the worst time for Cooley and the best time for Clogher. It’s broke Cooley’s impressive momentum and allowed Clogher to build some up for themselves. It could be enough for the Dreadnots.

Cooley’s wait continues as Dreadnots won 1-13 to 1-9 and showed great character in doing so.

Second Game on Saturday could be the game of the Weekend. Entertainment wise the Pats and Mattock always deliver. Make sure you are there to see them.

Pats won 2-11 to 9 on the night.
JFC QuarterFinal Lineup (1)   Sunday night see’s last years champions,in both senior and intermediate play each other! It could be alot tighter than people think… Jim looks to be back for the Gers and he instantly makes them a better team while John Kermode misses out for the Blues through suspension. I don’t expect the Gers to pull it off but they could push the blues for 40 minutes with the blues class pulling away in the end.

Blues won 1-19 to 2-13 and were pushed all the way!!

7pm see’s the Marys and Gaels shoot it out to be fourth team in the semi’s. It simply comes down to how the Gaels can cope with Darren Clarke. The Dundalk side set themselves up ultra defensive and it could reap dividends because if they stop Clarkie then they have a chance. Tight Dunleer pitch last game of the weekend nerves far too close game to call.

Dundalk Gaels prevailed 1-11 to 9 Clarkie could still end up champo top scorer however.
