The 4 SFC semi finalists represented…


on this weeks team.


Peter Duffy pulled off a number of fine saves in the second half versus Clogherhead when they were under the cosh.

The O’Mahonys have two serious man markers in Mickey Clarke and Kurt Murphy best of luck getting the better of them.
Gaels cornerback David McComish did everything he could to get them back in the game, driving up the field.
This man is playing out of his skin,Niall Eccles swept and ran the show at the back for the Marys alongside young Eimhin Keenan, a steady performance as usual driving up the field. Liam Dullaghan owned the left wing all night he bombed up and down it from half back.


Again Robert Leavy makes the team, Peach going off injured meant Ardee always had the upper hand around the middle with in form Leavy. Gaels workhorse Sean McCann did not deserve to lose kicked two fine long distance points.


Youngster Dáire McConnon scored a crucial 1-1 in the second half for the Marys. A superb individual goal it was too.
He hit six points from play for Ardee Paudy Clarke is in the form of his life it has to be said.
Stephen Fisher was his busy self but clinched the game for the SOM at the death.
Dreadnots forward Peter Kirwan battled and put in a good shift hitting 1-3 in their loss.
These two O’Mahonys inside forwards are full of pace and trickery Stephen Kilcoyne and Ben McLaughlin are a defenders nightmare.
