County board Shame is in full view tonight

while the intermediate and senior championship gets going too.

This is a double header than should strike shame to the county board.
The Nicks and Tones are being left to starve to death as clubs and the county board basically letting this happen. The talent is there, the numbers are there but the support isn’t and in the long run Louth GAA will suffer actually, it already has.
The Tones catchment area which possesses St Marys NS the largest primary school in Ireland is being raided by Meath clubs. The county is turning a blind eye and losing talent right under our noses.
Time we did something about it.

Bad night for Drogheda as Stabannon and Dowdallers to win heavily in the Gaelic Grounds.

Both matches tonight in Dunleer are on a knife edge, whoever wins on the night could set that up for a fine year. Very hard to call.
First up in the IFC opener the dogged Plunketts will not suit the tika taka Joes who have racked up big scores recently. They can get goals and the Plunketts can stop them.

The Senior championship starts tonight and with the Blues in the same group the pressure is on for both sides tonight. The Jocks have some talented minors up front and that could sway if for them but the Castlebellingham outfit are a real championship side.
They played against each other last Friday in the league with Naomh Mairtin winning a high scoring affair so revenge and an extra bit of bite to be expected.

Joes and OConnells. just.
