He brought a new level of prefesionalism to the panel and got serious commitment from the panel but sadly results are all that matter. Let’s hope all his work does not go to waste and we can keep building the team while maintaining the professionalism.

No matter how good a manager is he can only work with talent at his disposal.
That said, AOR tactics never suited Louth attributes and he lost dressing room early.
No winners here really….just sad all round.
