Just a bit of fun

I’ve picked a team of lads that are not or havent been involved with Louth this season!

To me, these are the in form lads in the county and worth a look at, at least?
Let me know what you think and Send in your XV or players you’d like to see involved!!

1. Fergal Sheekey (DYI & Louth Minors)

2. John Bingham (Ardee)
3. Kieran Lenihan (Finbarrs)
4. Mickey Clarke (SOM)
5. David Mernagh (Joes)
6. Conor Lenihan (Finbarrs)
7. Karl Faulkner (Ardee)

8. Matthew Corcoran (Gers and Louth Minors)
9. Jarlath Lyons (Naps)

10. Billy Smith (Clans)
11. Michael Rafferty (Cooley)
12. Cian Doyle (O’Connells)
13. David Reid (Mattock)
14. Rob Carr (Blues)
15. Stephen Kilcoyne (SOM)

I think that’s a team packed full of potential and as usual Let me know what you think?

Red/Black May 11, 2015 at 10:12 pm

The Form Players??wouldn’t agree with that!!!

Anonymous May 11, 2015 at 10:04 pm

Would not agree with David Mernagh or jarlaith lyons!!!Plenty of other good backs and midfielders playing better at the moment!!

Ben Reynolds May 10, 2015 at 10:15 pm

As my future brother in-law I also believe Tadgh could add some much needed potential to the team! He’s provided myself and Zoe (my girlfriend) with so much inspiration! I also think Ronan Holcroft should start corner forward!

Niall Eccles from the Marys.. Best player by far all year

LouthMan15 May 9, 2015 at 1:16 pm

Totally agree Tadhg Berkery from St. Fechins would add much needed mobility and a physical presence to the midfield/ half forward line area. He would also provide a good option from the bench with his pace come the last 15 minutes !

FearlessFechins May 8, 2015 at 10:32 pm

Tadhg Berkery and kevin McCabe from termonfeckin have been making strides this year and are surely worth a look for the Louth juniors atleast! Serious ballers

Thomas McNamee May 8, 2015 at 10:29 pm

Tadhg Berkery from the feckins has to be looked at at some stage by Kelly! Feckins been struggling big time the last few games with him out injured! Surely he’ll bring the inter championship home to beauliu this year

louthminor May 8, 2015 at 6:08 pm

The two Brodigan brothers Robbie and Adam for the plunketts should be in the starting squad never mind the alternative 15

Outsiders May 8, 2015 at 3:38 pm

Trevor o Brien deserves a shout…is there anyone else down in the westerns there in great form?

louthandproud May 8, 2015 at 2:19 pm

Good Shout Mellster…havent seen the plunketts play this year he was wing forward the last I seen him!

Michael May 8, 2015 at 10:59 am

I’d stick Adam “chesty” McGinn midfield (Newtown blues minor)

The Faa Side May 8, 2015 at 10:51 am

I’d have Blackie Judge in at left corner forward.

mellster May 8, 2015 at 10:37 am

Adam Brodigan has been outstaning for the plunketts this season at full back. worth a shout
